In accordance with the employment ordinance of the University of Zurich (§ 136), line managers generally hold an appraisal and advancement meeting with their team members once a year. The purpose of this meeting is to assess the employees’ performance and conduct and record the result in writing. In addition, targets and suitable development measures are jointly agreed for the coming period.
