Continued Pay

Continued pay is guaranteed in the event of inability to work due to illness or accident. The duration of the continued pay depends on the number of service years the employee has accumulated.

All employees are entitled to continued pay, regardless of whether they receive a monthly salary or an hourly wage. For temporary positions, the entitlement also depends on the number of years of service and generally lasts until the end of the employment period.
