Would you like to enhance your management and leadership skills? Do you face challenges in your day-to-day management activities or new leadership challenges?

The UZH Leadership Development Program (UZH LDP) has been specially developed to address precisely these issues. You will receive insights that will help shape your management personality as well as information that will contribute to your overall understanding of what management is.

The LDP topics draw on management theory and are based on your needs, as determined in preliminary interviews, as well as a feedback process related to your management and leadership style. We will also work on several topics based on your own day-to-day management activities. In addition, you will learn about, practice using and discuss the basic principles, requirements and tools related to management at UZH and become familiar with the support on offer for leaders and managers.

Finally, the LDP offers an ideal networking opportunity. While participants come from a range of institutes and departments at UZH, you will all be facing similar leadership challenges.
